4 LEVELS OF LEADERSHIP
1) Position or Authority - bossism, using your position to coerce or extort
obedience. Worst kind of "Leadership"
2) Permission - you earned leadership by being a good example, doing the right
things, positive not negative. Not many, if any, results to show for it though.
Temporary Leadership.
3) Performance - results, you've been the example consistently and persistently
and now you have results to back you up.
4) Loyalty - best form of leadership, you've been the example, gotten the
results, carried the torch and gone the extra mile for your people or have done
something so significant in their lives, to the point that they would never
leave you. Where are you and what are you willing to do for "true
leadership"??
